HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

The rental rate is $20/hr with a daily maximum of $150. Ask about special pricing for repeat bookings, multiday events, or non-profit organization use.

HOW DO I GET INTO THE BUILDING?

You will be emailed an access code 24-48 hours before your event.  You are responsible for locking the door when you leave.

DO YOU HAVE CHAIRS/TABLES?

There are four 8-foot tables, four 6-foot tables, 30 matching chairs, and a plenty of additional metal folding chairs. There is also a card table and easel style sign stand.

DO YOU HAVE TABLE COVERS, PLATES, NAPKINS, ETC?

We have affordable plastic cut-to-length table covers, paper plates, and napkins in a variety of colors. Tell us your theme colors and we'll let you know what is available.

WHAT DO I HAVE TO CLEAN?

We ask that you sweep, take the trash, and clean any large/obvious messes. Please report any damage promptly - we expect some wear and tear but don't like surprises!

WHAT ARE THE RULES?

When you book online you will be asked to agree to the terms, which include the rules.  The big ones: 1. You CAN bring beer and wine but it stays inside and no sales without a license. 2. No open flames or pyrotechnics (except birthday candles, etc.) 3. Book the time you actually need - the Space is in demand and there may be someone leaving/arriving immediately before or after you.

WILL YOU HELP ME ADVERTISE MY EVENT?

We'd love to help you spread the word on social media through our accounts or display case out front - at our discretion.  We are a politically-neutral, family-oriented Space that welcomes everyone.  Except Yankees fans. Kidding. Mostly.
